Absolutely lovely stay, hosts are very warm and welcoming, room was very clean with everything you need,wifi,toiletries, well stocked tea tray with fresh milk available in communal sitting room with an added bonus of homemade cake. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. On site parking really good .

Amazing breakfast. I pre ordered the night before as I wasn't going traditional English. My friend had the traditional English. Both were beautifully served and well cooked. The quality was superb. Additional extras freely available to help yourself to. A very well presented and warm breakfast room. Hosts very warm and friendly. Nick and Paul treated us as if we had been visiting for years. They create a sense of belonging for all their guests. The lounge is an extra bonus which I haven't seen in many guest houses with free home made cake! A lovely extra touch. We're very lucky to have found Sunnyside Guest House. Definitely be returning!

Excellent position for the town centre and personally had no problem parking on site.
Water pressure low for hot in the sink on the top floor but the pressure on the shower was ok.
Otherwise all ok and I am sure if any problems mentioned Niki and Paul would have sorted.
