The flats in floors and exposed west enjoy a beautiful view of the valley.The residence is equipped with an elevator and there is a communal parking nearby..In a residence with elevator located about 50 meters from the slopes and close to the shops, we offer a renovated apartment of 27m2 facing North/East, on the 4th floor with balcony: view of the Mont Blanc. It includes a living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed 140cm, a sleeping area in the entrance with two bunk beds, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.Facilities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction hob. Television. Rented with a ski locker. Paid WIFI available at the agency upon reservation.Sleeps: 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed in 140, 2 bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old).Sanitary: a bathroom with separate bath and toilet.Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.End-of-stay household not included.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissues must not be removed from the beds and left clean, beds must be undone correctly with the folded duvets and placed at the feet of each bed.
