RESIDENCE:La Pendule is located about 100 metres from the departure and return of the ski slopes. The shops in the resort centre are 250 metres away. Public parking is nearby. The north-facing apartments have a magnificent view of the valley and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc.THE QUARTIER: The quietest resort of Les Coches, all residences are 100 meters from the track and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers a beautiful view of the Valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the centre station is via a pedestrian trail in less than 5 minutes.SUPPLEMENTARY AND NON INCLUSIVE BENEFITS (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift packages...Deposit and residence tax to be paid on site.
