Three gorgeous bedrooms, one bedroom is en suite. Large open plan air conditioned top floor with living area with terrific views, kitchen and dining area.
Fabulous large garden and access to the river and "jumping in" spot, enclosed bowling area.
Wonderful area to enjoy the Soca Valley, hiking and cycling.

High quality bedding and linens.

Pets - Pets are welcome, but you must complete the booking form stating whether any pets are included in the booking. We only accept a maximum of 2 dogs, it can be 1 large and 1 small, or 2 small. If you are unsure please contact us for clarification. Thank you.

The house is comfortable, complete and clean. The garden is amazing with a path to the best swimming place on the Soca river. It was very busy here and some hikers walk into the garden but for us this was not a big issue. There is a lot to do in the area, a great place to spend your holiday with family.

The House lies near a busy road but the garden gave us lots of privacy. You can reach the soca river and we swam there daily. We saw the trout swim. What a beautiful valley. We used the bbq and nice chairs. Very good contact with the agency. Danaja was very helpfull. The hospitality of the Slovenien people is amazing.

The house is very nice and new with a lot of very cute details and high quality kitchen equipment. The area is perfect for all the adventures and the houses is located right next to the soca pots. We loved to stay there and definitely will come back again 😊
