About this apartment rental
Totally renovated design apartment well connected by public transport.
The apartment is only five minutes walk from the ISTRIA metro station (Metro 5) and only 4 metro stops from the Central Station and Garibaldi Station (convenient if arriving by train or bus from any airport). Several tram / bus lines (4, 5, 7,31,42, 51) are available in the vicinity of the building.
A short distance away is also the MIC (Interactive cinema museum), a museum space completely dedicated to the seventh of art, and in the immediate vicinity there is a shopping center with a multiplex, gyms, pizzerias and restaurants (Bicocca Village), as well as at the Hangar Bicocca, an exhibition venue of international appeal. The Isola neighborhood, bordering on Bicocca and a reference point for restaurants and night clubs (one of which is Blue Note) can be reached in a short time. Thanks to tram 7 and metro line 5, there are also fast connections to the areas of Porta Nuova, Porta Garibaldi and Corso Como, Milan's nightlife centers. With the same metro line (Line 5) it is possible to easily reach the San Siro stadium.

We met Fabrizio who very kindly waited for us (our plane was late) and he showed us everything. It is a very nice apartment with everything you need: good beds, two big bedrooms, a kitchen with everything for eating and cooking with 4 persons. Only no dish washer, but we managed easily without. Bathroom and nicely hot water, a balcony with the view to a little parc and happily playing dogs there. Very good WIFI. A very short walk to the Metro nr.5 Istria and also the bus nr42 to the Central Station. We needed about 20 min to the Duomo and other sightseeing events. We recommend this apartment and many thanks to Fabrizio.

Fabrizio is a great host and has a lovely apartment within easy, and safe, walking distance of the Metro. There's a couple of handy supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment has everything that you need to have a comfortable stay.
As others have mentioned, there is a train line behind the apartment, and a dog park in front, but really neither bothered us during our stay.

Pretty loud at night after 10 in building. Lots of trains go by.
