Nice kitchen. Well stocked. Comfy beds. Quiet location. Good value
Location in Chinatown might not be for everyone. Good food options. Shower was a bit broken. Had to tape the fridge together. Nice flat just in need of a bit of maintenance.

The keyless entry / check-in and check-out are really useful. No annoying key to lose and of somebody wants to sleep earlier. They always can.
The host was very friendly and responded quickly. It was a pleasant stay.
The overall hygiene and Quality of the stay was good. Only minor things where the humid spots on the walls where the paints peels of a little.
You can hear some noise from the street and from the karaoke place next door: karaoke world.
I would recommend the place for 10 people max. 12 would be a little overcrowded in my opinion.

The location in chinatown was perfect to visit the city. The appartement was clean, well decorated and spacious.
The bedrooms were not very confortable. We thought that there would be a separate room. There could be more kitchen ustensils. some things in the appartement were broken and it was a bit noisy in the night.
