We recently stayed at your resort and overall had a wonderful time. The welcome, the rooms, the staff, the meals, and all the activities available around the hotel were truly perfect. It’s a beautiful place, and we greatly enjoyed our previous stay last year.

However, I would like to express my disappointment regarding the villa we reserved this time. We specifically requested—and booked through Booking.com—a villa with three bedrooms facing the sea, which, as shown on the website. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that: • Only one bedroom had a sea view, • Another bedroom was located at the back of the property, with no sea view, facing a small forest, • And the third “bedroom” was simply a bed behind a room divider in the main living area, with no privacy whatsoever. The description was : This spacious villa features 1 living room, 3 separate bedroom This setup clearly does not correspond to the description or the photos provided online and completly different of Teh 2 Rooms Beach Villa Front Sea I booked last year.. I brought this to the attention of the staff, who were kind enough to offer breakfast the following day. They also offered an additional room, but charged us extra for it , no discount , even though the resort was nearly empty. When I asked for further assistance, the manager got involved but unfortunately did nothing. She also claimed that it was an issue with Booking.com, and that I should contact them directly, which is not easy to do when you’ve just arrived and are trying to enjoy your holiday. To avoid spoiling our stay, I let the issue go, hoping there would be some compensation or gesture at the end of our visit — which, unfortunately, never came. So, while I will most likely return to Ko Jum because it is a wonderful place, I will be much more careful next time not to be misled again. And I will certainly not book through Booking.com, as the information on their website was misleading in this case.
