The Location. Th hot tub was lovely - and clean
Really peaceful location.
The noisy neighbours. They were quite anti-social and were out in the hot tub till after midnight. I did email the owner of the property through booking as the site has a Zero tolerance approach to anti social behaviour, but didn’t receive a reply which was disappointing.

Loved the location on the lake, the hot tub was great and the accommodation was super cozy. Well equipped kitchen too
Only small things, mainly cleanliness unfortunately. There was mould all around the window above the beds headboard and the sofa very clearly hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests as there were still food crumbs/liquid stains on there. The front door the the accommodation also needs some more screws putting in the handle as there was only 1 screw holding the handle in place !!
Also be aware entrance to parking is very very tight if you stay in otter 4 lodge

Location close to lots of attractions. All the basics provided. Hot tub was nice.
The property was dated and lacked an eye for detail. It was very clean but in need of a refurb inside and out. Requested a fan in advance but were told to provide own
