it was a fantastic stay. the hot tub was perfect as well as the sauna. It was comfortable and cozy and we would definitely be back
the shower has mould inside, and has a damp smell, so please be aware. the bed in the second bedroom does need replacing as you can feel the bed slats. the wifi is very intermittent, but this didn’t effect our stay. needs instructions for the microwave, and oven, and oven gloves were not supplied (unless we didn’t look properly). could do with a bit more of a clean, in some places but this didn’t effect our stay.

Location was great.
The surroundings are beautiful.
New part of the Lodge was lovely and warm.
Hot tub is way to small for 4 adults.
The old part of the Lodge is dated and the bathroom had a constant musky damp smell.
Considering you cant get in until 4 and you have to leave at 10 it could have been cleaner.
We had a power cut and had to obtain the number off the reception board in the dark as the number provided on the booking.com information nobody bothered to reply.
All in all the stay was Ok.
