About this house rental
Centrally located in the middle of the lively harbour town of Pléneuf-Val André. This pretty, typically Breton holiday home is situated on an enclosed garden plot (470 sqm), just a few steps from the sandy beach. Ideal on the way back from the beach to rinse off the sand: the 2nd shower room located in the annex. The picturesque harbour, beautiful sandy beaches and the large range of leisure activities will immediately put you in the holiday mood.
This popular seaside resort is located on the bay of St Brieuc, on one of the most beautiful beaches in North Brittany. On the long beach promenade, you can enjoy a beautiful view of picturesque beach villas from the early 20th century towards the land and a magnificent view over the water and passing sailing or fishing boats towards the sea. Every Tuesday you can buy fresh fish, fresh Breton vegetables and regional specialities at the colourful weekly market. A golf course, a tennis court and a riding ground, as well as the water sports centre, the indoor swimming pool or the bicycle rental provide for sporting activities during your holiday.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring all linen with you. Youth groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted

Jolie maison Bretonne, bien placée, entre port plage et commerces ... les hôtes sont très accueillants ... nous recommandons ....

Die Küchenutensilien waren etwas spärlich. Die Strasse neben der Unterkunft sehr start befahren. Im Beschrieb stand zwar, dass die Strasse nahe ist, aber nicht, dass dies eine solch stark befahrene Durchgangsstrasse ist was zu erheblicher Lärmemmission führt von Morgens 6:30 bis ca. 23:00 Uhr. Die Unterkunft sonst war tip top im Schuss, sauber, optisch sehr stimmig eingerichtet und schön. Der Vermieter sehr nett, pünktlich und verlässlich. Der Ort Pléneuf Val André und die Landschaft sensationell, Strand und Kinderspielplatz einfach top!
