Central location. Rooftop bar had good prices.
Our room smelled gross and the front desk said we’d have to upgrade to change. Pillows were small for a king size bed

The location of the hotel is excellent. The view from the pool is stunning.
The staff are attentive and friendly.
Most of the rooms face the street and the street we faced was soooo busy. Lots of cars passing by and honking. It made it difficult to relax.
The buffet was nothing special. We ate at 7:30am and the food was not very hot. The coffee was lukewarm.

Fantastic gym and rooftop pool, with view of Pico de Orizaba.
The aircon didn’t work and my window was locked. When I asked for it to be opened, I wasn’t allowed to keep the key, so it was left unlocked during my stay. It was clammy at night and the bathroom drains smelled.
