Al llegar nos recibio Andy de concierge al que le comunique que viajaba con una persona autista y el tuvo mucha paciencia con mi hijo y lo transportó en la góndola, mi hijo estaba feliz y tranquilo por qué era justo lo que quería. Al hacer el check out también nos apoyo. Con una gran sonrisa y una excelente actitud. Al igual que todo el personal.
No había un teléfono en la piscina y yo quería pedir room service. Eso podría mejorar Por su atención gracias.
