Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)

*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.

*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall, as advertised. Cute place. Would stay again. No issues with what was advertised and what we got.
Only issues are:
Creepy dolls staring at you in master BR. That’s what the guest in that room said.
Pull out sofa- not as advertised. Not in good upkeep maybe a small child can sleep on it due to the sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable. We were not able to use this feature as planned.
Cleaners- they use Fabulosa to the point where he had to air out the house when we got there. For whatever reason they cleaned out the refrigerator, freezer and the ice cube trays. Way over use of Fabulosa. Tainted the flavor of the ice cubes to where we couldn’t use them, and definitely left an odd flavor in the food from the fridge.
Oh all the place was great and I would definitely stay there. This is just some small feedback for them to look at and hopefully address, but I would recommend this place to other people.

Everything about this home was great and it was a perfect spot for my best friend’s wedding right up the road. Cute home, all the amenities we needed, and in a perfect location. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the beds are not that great, but because it was only for a few nights, it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d easily stay here again (and bring my own pillow) and hope it’s available the next time we’re in Truckee!
