For shared use: garden 1'500 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift, washing machine. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Cocodrilo Park 2 km, Aqualand 2 km, Puerto Marina 1 km, Benalmadena 1 km, Malaga 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Absolutely perfect - everything we needed only drawback was not being able to use the pool between three and five but there are a lot of residents and it is their home too so we managed

Goed gelegen en compleet uitgerust appartement. Alles prima in orde. Alleen jammer dat zo star wordt vastgehouden aan 16.00 uur om het appartement in te kunnen gaan. Sluit niet aan op aankomsttijden vliegtuig en is irritant als het niet te wijzigen valt ook niet als je met een baby reist en al om 11.00 uur bent geland.

Fantastisch mooi en compleet appartement! Het appartement is zeer compleet met 3 ruime slaapkamers, 2 grote badkamers en een riant dakterras waar je met een hele groep bv kunt barbecueën. Ook de inpandige garage is een groot pluspunt. Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat het weliswaar op 5 munuten loopafstand van de boulevard ligt, maar vanuit het appartement zelf kun je deze niet zien. De ligging is daardoor juist heel rustig, wat natuurlijk ook juist voor een ander weer een voordeel kan zijn.

We hadden vooraf gevraagd of het zwembad beschikbaar was, deze hebben we echter pas na enkele dagen kunnen gebruiken. Ook hadden we vooraf een babybedje geboekt en hiervoor was geen beddengoed beschikbaar. De matrassen waren vies en zaten flinke gele vlekken op. In het appartement naast ons waren bouwwerkzaamheden bezig, met flink geboor en gehamer. Onze baby kon hierdoor slecht slapen. Lokale interhome was zeer slecht bereikbaar zowel telefonisch al mail. Lokatie was zeer goed.
