Apartament Don Juan Manuel

Nice, big, spacious accomodation big enough for 7 people. Very nice and quiet at evenings, however the garden maintenance started so early in the morning every day and it was very loud. The pool was a great addition to have. The towels were freshly washed and soft enough with a nice smell. Kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. Four bottles of water in the fridge was a nice touch when you arrive late. Although I didn't see the hosts they were available on the WhatsApp and replied quite quickly to any query we had.

Cleaning could be improved, there was hair on the bed, the floors and bathroom walls weren't clean enough, apart from that it was nice and tidy and clean. The bin lid was broken, the pedal didn't work. The property can benefit from a pod coffee machine of some sort instead of filter coffee machine only because it's easier to use whilst on holiday.

Great location. Facilities were good. Clean. Close to beach, supermarket.

Roomy, well equipped apartment. Location was acceptable. Beds were reasonably comfortable although could have been more pillows.

Unfortunately a large cactus tree had fallen outside the apartment and it was necessary for the property maintenance to cut it up with a chainsaw. This meant 8.30am noise right outside one of the bedrooms. Obviously this wouldn't be a normal inconvenience.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, especially for families with children. It has its own terrace and garden. It is located in a gated community, which makes it very safe. An additional advantage were the lockable window grilles, which made us feel even more secure and comfortable.

The apartment needs refreshing as it is already showing signs of wear and tear. The kitchen equipment and blankets were old and worn out. The same applies to the bathrooms. It’s simply time for a renovation.
