Neat and clean apartment. Comfortable. Good parking.
Although mentioned in the house rules which were emailed to me several times as well as printed at the flat; I found the lack of provision of basics like tea/coffee, but especially toilet toll and kitchen towel disappointing. Especially after a flight and a long day of travel with a baby. It was also made explicitly clear that we were to wash our dishes (obviously we would) and put them away in the cupboard, yet no washing liquid or dish towels were provided. We had to get some. The overall feeling was very much “you’re in someone else’s house, don’t touch anything!”, as opposed to “please relax”. That said, perhaps that wouldn’t bother other people, and since the flat itself was nice, maybe it shouldn’t.

Great location being very close to the train station and shops/supermarkets. The area the flat is in is very quiet with no evening noise. Decently equipped kitchen although I didn't cook in it. Great for a weekend visit.

the location is brilliant when I visit my Family and Friends in Didcot.
I’ve rented the accommodation a numerous amount of times and never found the cleanliness to be an issue . This visit it was quite clear that it hadn’t been cleaned as good as previous visits . The toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. It looked as if it had been cleaned with dirty water . There were really dirty stains on the landing floor carpet and two horrible looking stains on one of the bedroom carpets . The cups and plates were still dirty too . I have emailed over some photos of the issues but it couldn’t be accepted for one reason or another ? I was quite disappointed as I’ve spent a considerable amount of money renting the flat over the past year or so and this time I Definately saw the difference in the cleanliness of the property. I wonder if you’d like to perhaps pass this concern on to your cleaning services ?

The location is good, it is close to the station and to a big supermarket (sainsburys). There apartment has a kitchen and two rooms, as well as a small toilet
The apartment can host a maximum of three people (one large bed for two and a small bed for one). There is also a sofa bed, but it’s extremely uncomfortable and has no linens, so it’s not suitable for sleeping. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and toaster, but there’s no dishwasher, no cleaning sponges, no broom, and no mop. Basic cleaning supplies are missing. The atmosphere of the place is unpleasant. The entrance is dirty and full of large trash containers. The bedroom windows face a garden, but every time we opened them, a woman in the garden started shouting at us, which made the stay very uncomfortable. We asked the owner to let us leave our suitcases for one hour after checkout (our train was at 12:00), but she refused. Overall, the apartment feels unwelcoming and poorly maintained. I would not recommend it.
