Cet établissement correspondait à notre besoin. Original , insolite ... une touche de surréalisme ...on ne peut mieux dire . le reflet du caractère de la ville et des Tournaisiens.
Merci Nico pour ton accueil et ce super petit jeu type escape game.... mais on ne perd jamais un tournaisien dans sa cité.

L'accueil et L'ÉNORME empathie de Nico, sa disponibilité sans limite.
Les nombreuses petites attentions : café, thé, biscuits, bonbons et.... Autres.
Un lieu calme et une ambiance aussi bien extérieure qu'intérieure du gîte.
Le prix/ prestations bien-sûr.
La proximité du centre ville à 10mn à pied.
La location à la carte.
Un Bar privé dans la chambre.
La chambre bien chauffée et équipée. Wifi au top.
Ce n'est pas qu'on n'a pas apprécié.
Je m'exprime en ressenti.
Il faut prendre conscience que l'on est en demi-cave avec pour ouverture et unique source d'air frais dans un ancien hôpital militaire.
Claustrophobes s'abstenir, il faut un temps d'adaptation.
Atmosphère pouvant être étouffante pour les plus sensibles. Mais cela fait partie du "thème"
Douche dans la chambre mais wc communs pour les pudiques.
A propos de douche, attention à la surprise : glacée à l'ouverture puis brûlante. J'ai eu quelques difficultés à comprendre son fonctionnement.
Par expérience sur Booking, je suis devenu exigeant....

An interesting property that is good value for money and convenient for the town centre or if you are stopping over on the way to somewhere else. The host was nice and obviously proud of his property. Which is very clean and entertaining in its design. The bed is very comfortable.
Unfortunately, the sink in the room had an eggy drain smell during our stay, and a strong-smelling electric diffuser was in place. The odour was very strong to the point that I struggled to sleep.
The building isn't quite what I had imagined from the description for this room, it is very obvious when you enter that the property is also used for specific types of parties. If you google 'Secret Room Tournai' you will get the drift. Not really an issue for us as an adult couple. The shared toilet was a little uncomfortable due to the close proximity of an unnecessary urinal to the loo and no hand soap.
