Comfortable 90sqm apartment with terrace, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the second floor (without elevator) of an ancient building in the Campo di Marte district, renowned for hosting the Artemio Franchi Stadium and the Church of the Seven Holy Founders. Not far from the historic center and well served by public transport, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from Lungarno Colombo and 15 minutes from Florence Campo di Marte Station.

-BEDROOM 2: double bed (possibility of 2 single beds), wardrobe and ceiling fan.
-BEDROOM 3: double bed (possibility of 2 single beds), wardrobe, armchair and ceiling fan.
-LIVING AREA: sofa, TV, desk.
- KITCHEN: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka, dining table and TV.
-BATH 1: bath with shower, bidet, wc.
-BATH 2: shower, bidet, wc.
- 20sqm terrace, furnished with umbrella, dining table and outdoor chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
The apartment is located in the Campo di Marte district, not far away and well connected to the historic center, a booming area that is now considered almost a natural extension of the historic center of Florence, ideal for experiencing the city to the full from chaos.
The property is a few minutes walk from the Lungarno Colombo and in 20 minutes on foot you can reach the Artemio Franchi Stadium, home of the Fiorentina meetings, and the Church of the Seven Holy Founders.
Reaching the center, with public transport or on foot (about 30 minutes), one is immediately enveloped by the charm and atmosphere of the city, with its history and its culture. Ponte Vecchio with its jewelers, the Boboli Gardens with its majestic blooms, the "Uffizi" museum and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella are certainly unmissable attractions during your stay in Florence. From the airport you can reach the apartment thanks to the T2 line with change at Santa Maria Novella Station, where you can take bus 6 with stop "Villa Arrivabene", just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

We did three days in Florence and stayed in this apartment. It had good amenities however no AC which was my fault because I thought it would be cooler. Once it cooled off everything was perfect. Great location to Public transportation and shops. Short walks to the sites.

This apartment was everything we thought it would be. The location was great and the property was comfortable. Our only complaint was the communication problems we had after we booked. It took three months to find out more about our lodging, even though I emailed numerous times. I’m the end, everything worked out.

The apartment is well located, outside the busy center, but 30' walk from the Duomo (even with youg kids). The environment is perfect : all shops are available in the surroundings. The apartment is very quiet, although located inside a building. You can enjey the "terrasse" in the morning and evening after a long day inside the city !
