The apartment is on two levels, on the 4th floor the living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, small terrace and bathroom; on the 5th floor, with access from an internal staircase, the bedroom with a large panoramic terrace.
In the living room, very bright, a sofa bed can be unfolded in two single beds or in a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with all the best appliances to satisfy the most demanding customers, flat color TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, etc ..
An internal spiral staircase leads to the attic with a double bedroom, located on the fifth floor, which opens onto a very large terrace (25 square meters), always sunny, ventilated, and extremely panoramic, ideal for solariums or barbecues with family or friends . Thanks to the very nice furnishings, your stay will be very pleasant and comfortable. This apartment is ideal for a family's short-term vacation, during which children will find their ideal space, or for mid-term stays of couples or for business trips of individual travelers.

We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights… Walk to the tram line to go into main area of Firenze was easy and felt safe ( apartment is near university area). Host was extremely attentive and responsive to messages, she also provided tips for transit and the surrounding area There is a Lidl close by which worked well to pick up food and provisions. Found the sofa bed to be very easy to set up, and surprisingly comfortable, and it felt like a separate bedroom since it’s on a different level from the main bedroom ( great if you are traveling with a friend) Would stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Firenze!
