Auf kleinstem Raum (1 Zimmer plus Bad) war trotzdem alles vorhanden: Küchengeräte wie Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank; Fernseher, Föhn und kleine Auswahl an Geschirr. Für einen Kurzurlaub und für Paare super geeignet. Einen sicheren Platz für die Fahrräder gab es auch.
