About this apartment rental
Our more than 250 year old cottage you can see its age from the outside not to. Indoor fall on a instantly leaning walls, sloping floors and old doors. This quirky idiosyncrasies of our house, we wanted to get absolutely and have lovingly restored. In June 2015, we have coped with the extensive renovation work and now able to offer holidaymakers who are looking for a warm and cozy accommodation, the apartment.
The kitchen got footwarmed cork that 3 cozy bedroom oiled wooden floorboards. The walls have given preferential clay plaster, which contributes significantly to the pleasant living environment. Partly we could get the old beams.
Our house is available all year round.

Location
The house is quite central in one of the oldest streets Bad francs Stockhausen. Near this quiet one way street, the Castle Park with Library (Tip: Tourists borrow for free!), Museum and Kyffhäuser-Therme and the St. Find Marienkirche (lower church). Another tip our children: the tastiest ice around it is only 2 minutes walk, the best brick oven pizza far and wide also.

The small courtyard is still under construction.
On the ground floor offices are rented, occupied a few hours a day.

Das Gebäude wirkt etwas sanierungsbedürftig, aber der Eindruck verfliegt sofort in der Wohnung, die top gepflegt ist.
Man kann wirklich gut mit mehreren Personen hier wohnen. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es für die Kleinen auch Spielzeug zu entdecken.
Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die fehlenden Fliegengitter an den Fenstern,so dass abends Mücken reinkommen.
Der Innenhof kann auch genutzt werden und dort kann man schön ruhig sein Abendessen genießen.

Geschirr ausreichend, viele Küchengeräte, scharfe Messer fehlten sonst alles top - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert 👍�

Vielen Dank dafür, in der Wohnung war alles in Ordnung. Soweit alles vorhanden. Neuer Fernseher ist da.
Der Eingangsbereich ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber man geht nur durch. Die Wohnung ist sehr tief gebaut, ein paar mal Kopfaua war drin :)
Super viele Kinderspielsachen vorhanden. Wir hätten alles zu Hause lassen können :)
Recht liebevoll hergerichtet alles, mit Kinderbett und Bettwäsche alles da und gemütlich.
Die Umgebung ist okay, haben aber schon schöneres gesehen an Innenstädten.
