J’ai aimé l’aspect fonctionnel de l’appartement et ses équipements. J’ai aimé la propreté. J’ai aimé son emplacement proche du centre ville, des commerces et marché. On peut également se rendre à la plage à pied en 10/15 mn. Le propriétaire est très agréable et arrangeant.
L’appartement est situé sous les toits et ne dispose pas de climatisation. Il faut choisir entre les moustiques ou la chaleur écrasante qui y règne lors des jours ensoleillés. S’il ne fait pas trop chaud lors de votre week-end, l’appartement sera parfait pour un court séjour.

L’emplacement est parfait pour Deauville, près de la gare, du centre et du CID. L’idéal pour un séjour et à côté d’un bar à tapas ouvert tard le soir!

Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de l'hippodrome, du centre, et des planches. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Appartement très confortable, bien agencé, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Couchage de qualité. Disponibilité du propriétaire en cas de besoin. Très propre. Lumineux.
Prix un peu élevé, mais justifié au final
