The first impression is of a very special unconventional and cozy place. The house and the room(s) are full of the artists' paintings and various works, rather different from standardized and sometimes could modern apartments/B&B.
Viki is very kind, helpful, and makes you feel welcome in her house. You have access to the common big living room, in addition to a large room (with shared bathroom). I was mostly the only guest, and the shared bathroom wasn't a problem (this is only shared with other guests if they also stay in a room without private bathroom).
I was also in a room with private bathroom, which is like an apartment inside an apartment, so you have the best of both. Very relaxing if you feel as staying by yourself, otherwise you can go out in the living room and enjoy the whole house.
The location is great, you have also few parking spots for free which at certain hours of the day are not occupied so you can easily park, and other "blue" parking slots which are always available and not expensive even for the whole day. The center is walking distance, and nearby you have also few very nice places to eat very well.
The only obvious think is the shared bathroom if you book certain rooms. But there is (at least) one room with private bathroom, if that is a problem for you,

La casa di Viki è una galleria d’arte. L’appartamento si trova in un bel palazzo storico, a due passi dal centro, si respira in ogni stanza cura e bellezza.
Viki è una padrona di casa attenta, gentile e disponibile a dare consigli. Assolutamente consigliato.
