We arrived just prior to the summer season cleanup and initially the access road and site looked somewhat unkempt and forgotten. During our stay, the grass was cut, and the swimming pool was opened which created an amazing transformation to the overall feel of the place. The access would still be tricky for less confident drivers, but off-street parking was a big plus. Our room, on the lower level of the accommodation building was adequate. Breakfast was included in the main house which was interesting and an opportunity to meet other guests. Host and staff were friendly.

Our room was somewhat lacking in natural light - and sunlight - due to nearby shrubbery. The kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils and had virtually no counter space for preparing meals. We also had issues with lighting, heating and the toilet. The flush was woefully inadequate - barely and rarely serving its purpose, plus the tank leaked constantly - then recharged every 10 minutes - which tended to be disruptive at nighttime. The shower water temperature was also unfortunately inconsistent, cycling between hot and cool.

La disponibilità del Sig. Romualdo per ogni nostra necessità, in modo sempre cordiale, è stata molto gradita. Il luogo è in una bella posizione, immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi come noi aveva un cane di taglia media. Sicuramente vale la pena tornarci in estate per usufruire della piscina. Inoltre è situato in un punto tattico per raggiungere delle belle mete come le Grotte di Frasassi, Rasiglia, la Riviera del Conero ecc.
