Apart from being good value for money the view from balcony was cherry on top. However because of being everything online sometimes getting your issues if any resolved can be little tricky. The rooms were properly warmed , cozy and bed & blankets were comfortable.

The place is first of all very clean and well maintained. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom). It is quite a distance from Lucerne city however we have our group bus so it didn't affect us as much. Laundry is communal using coins so that’s a bit of hassle (and maybe it’s just us but the dryer kept cutting out our drying time so it stopped before our clothes dry and we still had balance in our money ). Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

You can take bus 20 from the train station — it stops right in front of the hotel.
It’s really cool that you can use your phone to access everything!
There’s a gym on the ground floor (extra fee required) and a laundry room in the basement with both a washer and dryer.
The room was nice and quiet at night, and the view from the window was great.

Super noisy at night as the neighbours are just a wall next to you with poor noise resistance windows and the restaurant downstairs was noisy too. The shower area was poor…everytime it was like flooding. And the bathroom has no wall but just a glass door…
