The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and a lovely design, but the shower was very small, and the room itself felt a bit cramped for a couple with a baby and several bags. It would be ideal for a couple with just one or two pieces of luggage. The view from the side of the hotel was fantastic. However, we were disappointed not to receive the welcome drink that was advertised, possibly due to our late arrival after 7pm. Despite noticing we had a baby and were struggling with our bags, the receptionist did not offer assistance. I had hoped she might at least guide us to the lift or help us open the door, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
Additionally, the room didn’t have a kettle, so we had to go downstairs multiple times to get hot water for the baby. Unfortunately, no one offered to assist with bringing the water back up. The receptionist wasn’t always at the counter, so expect some waiting time. On the positive side, parking was very smooth and hassle-free.

Had a lovely ribeye steak, staff is very friendly and gave us one drink for free because it was forgotten. Will come again, and recommend it for people wanting a getaway in the mountains.
