The views, the food (in comparison to other all inclusive options, the food at the buffet, pool bar and Asian restaurant were great), the beach, variety of alcoholic drinks and the speed of the service. Specially, Panos the bar man was super nice and hospitable, and made great drinks!
The towel situation (two per room), size of pool and amount of seating which wasn’t enough (this isn’t in regard to the cool living exclusive pool which we could not access and was much nicer) - and generally, seating - during the day the rooftop bar is not open, so can’t sit there. Size of the room we had was kind of small, our shower needed maintenance because the doors wouldn’t seal shut so water would pour out. Staff-wise, some staff members weren’t very hospitable, some of the bartenders and front desk.

The staff were amazing very attentive
Having no toilet facilities near the pool, having to get dressed go through the bar, down stairs to the only toilet available, also staff were using the toilets to change into their uniforms etc and vice versa

When we arrived I was not so sure about the resort. The first room we were given was terrible and overlooked a fence and garden. This was then changed to a perfect room with an amazing view. Once we went up to the top bar/restaurant and pools... wow!!! the views were breathtaking! It was so nice up there that even though we had a pool room we went up there everyday. The sunrise is amazing. Nice buffet breakfast and lunch (not the biggest selection of food but more than adequate). Overall the staff were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. Please be aware though that it is a big ask to walk up to the top. The resort runs a shuttle service and cars which you really need to use if you are coming from the bottom right up to the top. It really is a steep walk and hard going if you have a bad knee like me. Everything was included for us as we had 'Cool Living' in our booking and this is a must as it allows the upstairs and booking the onsite restaurants rather than the buffet restaurant only.
The first room we got was awful and nothing like what we wanted. The buffet breakfast in the morning says 7.30am but was not really ready until 8am (no milk for tea, no juice out) but that is really nit picking as it was fine (we are just really early risers so ready to eat by 7.30am). The resort is set on a steep hillside so do not book if you have mobility issues or you will be waiting all the time for a car or the shuttle bus (both free of course).

The staff are the best thing about this resort. First class across the board and really want to provide a good service.
Greco Levante restaurant good. Others average.
Very steep site so need a shuttle up and down. Albeit they were very frequent in fairness.
Design of resort not great as balconies all seem to face north and get no sun meaning private balcony pools you pay for are not really useable.
Very windy location it seems. In 10 days we had 2 where it was not really windy. Which apparently is not unusual in this area.
