The staff were mostly friendly and trying their best. You could tell that not everything was fully up and running yet, since it was still off-season but i had no issue with that.
Although the room had a sea view, it was located directly above the lobby and bar, where three live concerts took place, resulting in constant noise.

NO KIDS! Absolutely tranquil, lovely property with multiple beautiful pools and a perfect private beach. Doesn't feel like mass tourism, it feels local and we loved the classic stone architecture. There is no bad location on the property; everything is close to a pool or restaurant or beach. From minute one the staff was friendly, welcoming, charming and made our stay amazing. WiFi worked surprisingly well everywhere, even the beach. The spa was an elevated experience with quality services and products, and a beautiful facility with pool, sauna and steam. We loved playing tennis and were grateful for the option (note €10 court fee.) Housekeeping was fast and thoughtful, and generous with bottled water. A lot of staff we encountered provided nice service in both English and German, which impressed us. Our room was newly renovated with marble fixtures, great water pressure and comfortable bed. Nespresso in the room and coffee on the private terrace made mornings magical. The all inclusive aspect is handled elegantly with room numbers not wristbands, and it's always clear what is included.
We loved our newly renovated room but the modern glass bathroom architecture makes for a not very private toilet experience. They could offer more size inclusivity with spa robes. With so many Germans and Swiss guests, we were surprised they don't offer two duvets per bed (although we didn't ask, just an observation.) Honestly it's hard to find real criticism, it was such a lovely experience overall.

Staff members really nice (Natalia & Stavros @ Ayeri). The location near the beach which is beautiful and the sea so transparent. Rooms are very clean. Everything is easily accessible. The restaurants à la carte really good.
The buffet restaurant is much less good than the « à la carte » restaurants. If you are All Inclusive, you can eat at each of the 3 restaurant « à la carte » only once a week in the evening. A restaurant à la carte for lunch would be great.

The food was good
And the guest relations clerk was kind
The shower didn’t have any hot water, we had to call 3 times and wait 1.5 hours for someone to come fix it
If you take half board you will have no drinks, not even water, for dinner
The spa is very expensive and it feels like you are only a cash cow in the resort
The twin beds pushed together were also very uncomfortable
