Property : 4/5 Bedroom house, 2 living rooms, kitchen / dinner room, 2bathrooms and garden. One of the living room can be used as a Bedroom if required, as they have folding beds. Property sleeps a maximum of 11 ( 3 Double beds, 5 single beds ).
There is no security deposits or damage deposit charges

This rental is in a unique position of being 15 minutes by tube (Victoria line) to the City centre (Kings cross, Oxford circus etc) or Green Park Station (Victoria line) for Buckingham Palace 20 minutes, with out paying City centre rentals.

We were not at the property listed here, but because of some booking issue on the renter's end, we were provided another property near the original reservation. We enjoyed the easy access (took a bus from the underground station, and then a short walk down the block). We had 7 in our group, and there was plenty of space.
We would certainly stay there again with a large group, or an other property that could accommodate a smaller number of people.

Loved the location and place. Beds were a bit stiff and some details were a bit confounding (the hob was hard to work even for the locals, no exhaust over the hob, two living rooms but no tables, etc) but the price was great and the owner was extremely conmunicative.

We were "given" this home because of a water problem at our booked home. We feel so lucky this happened. The neighborhood was wonderful. We are craft beer enthusiasts, what a joy to find we were within 1 mile of 8 breweries and a winery. An up-and-coming area in Wathanstow. Very fun!
Easy access to the bus and easy walk (12 minutes) to the Tube. Although we were not in the city, it was an easy ride into and out of all parts of London.

Family of 7 stayed for 2 weeks, had to buy pillows as pillows provided were super thin. There was no extra bedding or towels anywhere in the house. Some of the bedding had stains. Kitchen is a little cramped for space would be better to move the table and chairs to where there are 2 couches in the kitchen. Yard was great lots of sitting, showers in both bathrooms were great. Super easy to use. Super accessible to the buses and to the tube as well as the over ground. Great grocery shopping near by
