Actually the place is unusual all around- spartan but huge rooms, sparkling clean. They have a very friendly and helpful front desk. Charming breakfast team.
But building was originally designed for multi-purposes. Check out the two historic chapels- I didn’t know about them until I was gone.
Easy to walk to Old town and short drive to river cruise dock.
