Everything in my stay went perfectly. I loved the room, everything was super clean. I am not sure why the hairdryer wasn’t working. I used my own. I’m pretty sure the staff would have helped me out with that if needed.

I was in room 506, it had a fridge and a microwave, and nothing else. No water or mini-bar. and the microwave didn't work (I tired to heat up some room temperature food, coudn't heat it even after 5 mins of cooking time). No sure if every room is like this. I had unfortunately made a 2nd reservation in the same hotel, 2 days apart (traveling overnight outside Mainz), so let's see what room I get on my return.
