Posizione strategica per chi ha un animale domestico, perché immersa nel verde e a pochi passi dalla dog beach "la spiaggia di Duke".
Parcheggio riservato che può essere davvero utile.
Il wifi non ha mai funzionato.
L'aria condizionata è solo in una stanza.
Sarebbero utili le zanzariere.
Le dotazioni della cucina sono ridotte al minimo (nemmeno una bilancia) però c'era anche un fornetto elettrico molto utile.
Il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano senza ascensore, informazione che andrebbe forse pubblicizzata.

Die Lage ist super (nur drei Minuten vom Strand entfernt) und die Balkons einfach wunderbar. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und der Strand sehr gepflegt. Ab Latisana Bahnhof kann man problemlos Tagesausflüge nach Venedig und Triest planen. Meine Kinder haben die Städte geliebt.
Wenn jemand auch im Urlaub gern und viel kocht, sollte er alle Sachen von zuhause mitnehmen. Es fehlen scharfe Messer, Zitronen- und Knoblauchpresse, Topflappen und -Untersetzer, etc, etc. Außerdem gibt es weder Ofen noch Toaster.
Ein generelles Problem stellen die Strandpreise dar: für zwei Schirme und vier Liegen zahlt man pro Tag: 48 Euro! und das für die letzte Reihe! Man kann auch kostenlos direkt am Meer liegen, aber darf da keine Sonnenschirme und Strandmuscheln aufbauen.

Very nice location, clean apartment
There is a 100€ cash deposit for the TV and AC remote, which you must return to the office on the day you leave.
This means you can't leave until the office is open (I.e. not an early morning leave) or you need to return them the day before, which means no TV or AC on your last night.
The office is also a few kilometres away, so you need to drive there, you can't just take a small walk.
When leaving you also need to return the keys to the office, instead of just leaving them in the apartment, which they are supposed to clean up anyway, so it seems pointless.

WiFi
We spent only a week in the apartment and hardly slept at night. Soundproofing is not real, you can hear what the neighbors are doing across two floors. Therefore, we initially asked to accommodate us on the top floor. But the agency did not respond to our request. We had to sleep all vacation in earplugs. In addition, smoking neighbors create an unrealistic stench, so spending vacation in Lignano apartments with closed windows.
