Le logement est à 1/2 h du centre d'Amsterdam. Il est bien desservi.
Il y a le nécessaire pour faire un petit déjeuner et manger de façon succincte (four/micro-onde, ustensiles de cuisines et couverts).
L'appartement en assez grand en soupente et bien aménagé.
La bouteille de vin en accueil était sympathique bien qu'une demi bouteille aurait été largement suffisante pour moi.
J'aime bien un accueil par une personne, mais les instructions étaient particulièrement claires. Pas de souci pour entrer.
Attention à l'escalier. C'est un vrai escalier amsterdamois. Descendre avec une valise peut être un peu problématique si vous avez peur des escaliers raides. Personnellement cela ne m'a pas gêné.
Il manque un récipient un peu grand allant au micro-onde, mais c'est du fignolage.

Liked location, walkable distance to/from the city center, but better with public transport and many options are available.
Got everything we needed from the apartment.
Comfortable an cozy studio.
Welcoming and helpful host.
Being too picky maybe, but door lock looked a bit weak. Some wear and tear, but not critical.

The property had everything we needed for the stay. Plentry of room. Comfortable.
There is nothing the host can do about this, but it's worth mentioning here so people are aware: the apartment is at the last floor of the building and the access stairs are narrow and abrubt (typical for this type of house). Someone with mobility issues or with large suitcases might find these difficult to navigate.
