Oleandro is set in the gentle hills of the Monti Pisani, surrounded by olive groves and offering wonderful views over the red rooftops and medieval churches of the pretty town of Calci. This yellow-painted villa enjoys a peaceful hillside location and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The centre of Calci is just a ten-minute walk away and offers a range of shops, restaurants, and a COOP supermarket. A cultural highlight is the Certosa di Calci, a monumental Carthusian monastery from the 14th century that also houses the Natural History Museum of the University of Pisa. Wine lovers will enjoy a visit to the nearby Fattoria San Vito for tastings of wine and olive oil. Oleandro is also ideally located for day trips. Pisa is only 14 km away, Lucca is 25 km, the coast is about 40 minutes by car, and even Florence is easily reachable at around 80 km.
The single-storey villa has a shaded terrace with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. The beautifully situated, fully fenced pool lies slightly above the house and provides extra peace of mind for guests with young children.
