About this house rental
55 m2 bungalow on the ground floor of a beautiful detached house. Very bright, in the city center on the ramparts, opposite the market place, 50m from the tourist office and the castle, next to all shops and restaurants, it is also accessible to people with reduced mobility. It includes: A beautiful entrance, large living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher). Living area with sofa offering comfortable sleeping for 2 people. A bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower.
Its huge asset, a large 33m2 terrace, quiet on the ramparts. Bikes can be safely stored there.
Easy parking.
The medieval streets are 100m away, access to the port is via a beautiful walk along the famous rue du Jerzual.
For the less courageous, a free minibus is available with a stop at the foot of the house.
Finally, Dinan is the ideal place to discover our beautiful region and its magnificent coasts: 20 mins from Dinard, 25 from St Malo, 40 from Mont Saint Michel and all the other sites, less known but perhaps even more beautiful than you. can all reach in less than 30 mins.

Immaculate property, the cleanest we have stayed in all the years we have visited Dinon, in a great area with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Peaceful place with a lovely private terrace. We would recommend

Exactly as described, the apartment was spotless, well equipped and superbly positioned in the town. There is a key box outside, so checking in was totally painless, but Pascale was incredibly helpful in any case, so there was little that could be improved. Parking outside and in the square over the road is free overnight, but payable during the day, although there is free parking not so far away. Difficult to pin down any issues but, if I have to, the WiFi is awful! Fortunately, mobile coverage is very good, so a good data plan makes this not so much an issue! Thanks, Pascale, we had a brilliant time! We would recommend this apartment wholeheartedly.

Spacious ground floor apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. Lovely courtyard garden with two sets of tables and chairs, plus 2 very comfortable cushioned garden chairs.Very central, close to tourist information and Chateau.Very central so there is no parking with the apartment, but very reasonable to park on the street on in nearby car parks.
