About this house rental
In the commune of Saint-Alban, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 48 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- 24 m² living room with double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Mezzanine :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Exterior:
- A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- An attractive 2,000 m² south-facing garden, shared with the adjoining property.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (4 vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe 14 km; Saint-Brieuc 28 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 102 km

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
