From the moment we stepped into the apartment we knew we could relax. We were made to feel very welcome by Luka and his family who lived in the same building and were always on hand should we need everything. This is a great value apartment if you are on a budget and plan to just use the accommodation as a base to explore and have the luxury of a private pool on your doorstep! The apartment is located in a residential area so there was no noise of an evening yet was really closeby to all local amenities - there was 4 restaurants within a five minute walk, along with a well stocked supermarket and the beautiful marina of Borik was also easy reach. To get into the old town of Zadar it was a lovely drive around the coastline, just 8 euros in a taxi. We would definitely book to stay here again!
Yes, the apartment could do with some tlc here and there, and a fan or air conditioning in the bedrooms would also be a welcome touch (the AC was in the kitchen area, so only really reached to the hallway and lounge).

Great hostess, the apartment was cozy and nice, great location, quiet, city center within easy reach. The pool is a real highlight!
