The location of the pension was great, right in the middle of the city. You have access to everything and everywhere, especially the train station. However, it is not a good choice for someone who has a private car. It was clean, but the building is very old. The receptionist was really well-behaved and helpful. We had bicycles, and she parked them somewhere for us.
It was too noisy because some of the rooms had shared bathrooms, and throughout the night people were going to and from them, making a lot of noise.

Old school, no nonsense Pensione run by a friendly lady who is clearly the heart and soul of the place.
We were greeted and promptly offered a room upgrade to one with bathroom (taking our 68€/night to €78/night for a twin room). The room and bathroom were spotless, quiet and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Good value for money overall. Would definitely stay again.

Location was close to everything.the person managing the place is very nice and accommodating. Very clean.
Beds were hard and we felt it after a few nights. I wish that we had a towel to put on the ground when I exited the shower.

The room was clean, location very close to the train station. The curtains did a decent job of cutting light and sound from the 3 windows.
The shower end holder was severely broken.
Because it was Barcolana, the fee was exorbitant, for a 1 star property (but I had little choice).
Had to carry luggage upstairs (no ramp, lift or other provision)
