Spacious and clean. It's a great accomodation if you're on a budget, it's good value for money. Nothing fancy, but has everything you need and is sparkling clean. And an extremely helpful owner ☺️ I was very late on arrival and the owner left the aircon on for me, which was so much appreciated (it was a very chilly February night)!
There was a bedside lamp, like a reading light, but if I plugged in my phone charger then nowhere to plug in the bedside lamp. But that's just my pet peeve, or maybe I didn't look closely enough as I arrived very late.

My room had a terrace. The location was silent and calm. Facilities were complete. Staffs were helpful.
The surface was a bit dirty. There was no garbage inside. The quality of WiFi internet was not acceptable in daytime.

It's good enough. The lady doesn't speak English but we understand each other. You have to adjust your expectations to the price of it.
