I don't understand the negative reviews. Everything was excellent. We were met by a very nice young man who showed us in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The location is very good, it's 15 min walking distance from the city centre but there is an amazing park across the street. It's quiet.
The place is an adapted office space, you entre straight from the outside, it feels a bit exposed. Even though the place was fairly clean (although not perfect), the outside is very dirty. The whole place smells of smoke.
