Location, well furnished, traditional decor, very clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of useful local information.
Hi tech entry system was a little intimidating - but worked. Well equipped kitchen but made inaccessible by bags of laundry. This made even making a hot drink for ourselves difficult.

I can't praise this place highly enough. Carlo was a charming host and was there when we arrived. The rooms are beautifully decorated with high attention to detail, and the beds were super-comfortable. No breakfast supplied but tea and coffee in the room with lots of snacks, plus there's a coffee machine in the reception area. Great location near the cathedral and castello. We loved it and wished we could stay longer!

Lovely room; excellent location.
Stressful check in - too complicated and need good internet access on phone to carry out. Impersonal and done for hotel’s convenience not customers. We had paid for breakfast which was not available or even mentioned. Not easy to leave cases to collect after check out - we were told we could use code to access b&b to collect our case, it did not work and only managed to get our case when other clients let us in. Stressful 😣
