The apartment in the Chalet is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location is good. A bit far, but manageable. A little more information on how easy it is to get the mini taxies would have been helpful.
The Spa was nice but had limited hours, which was disappointing. I wanted to use it in the morning and it does not open until 15:00. It was also difficult to turn on, and while it automatically turned off, there isn't any information on that, so we were confused. More information on the Spa would have been good.

We had a magical time here! Tanja and the entire team were so wonderfully accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests that we had. The space is beautiful, we loved the interiors, and we loved how quiet the location was. It was so beautiful to wake up to snowy mountains - you can peek at the Matterhorn from the 1st floor, a full view of this glorious mountain is just a 1-2 minute walk away from the apartment.
We especially loved the wellness room and made use of the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - so perfect after a day out in the cold and snow. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and well-equipped and we will definitely be back next time we are in Zermatt.
WiFi is a bit slow, which can be difficult if you are working remotely or nomadically but also forces you to disconnect and reconnect with yourself and loved ones while there!

Das Gastgeberteam hat sehr schnell, kompetent, freundlich und kundenfreundlich geantwortet, wenn es eine Frage gab.
Da eine Strasse gesperrt war (Bau) mussten wir etwas weiter zum öffentlichen Bus laufen. Es war aber dennoch eine kurze Distanz
