Possibly the best villa we have ever stayed in. Nice rooms, good beds, kitchen was fine, nice private pool. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarket. We could check-out late, since no one had the villa after us.
Could use a bit more equipment in the kitchen. Water pressure in shower (and thus temperature) changes frequently. In October it is a disadvantage that the pool is in the shade most of the day. Chairs on one of the terraces soon need replacement.

For a young family the location is perfect, you can walk to the beach in 1 minute, the area is quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants. The Villa had everything we needed.
Nikos the host was great, very pleasant to deal with and was happy to help with anything.

Would be great to include a basket for brekkie first morning (ie. bread butter cheeses jams milk etc)
