Welcoming, helpful and friendly stuff (even managed our additional request); good location, really close to the sea; nice view; clean with fresh redecoration.
Hidden payment, which hasn't been mentioned during the booking process.
Sofa in the living area might be a bit too short for adult/teenager.
If you don't like watching airplanes (I like it), then it might be too loud from time to time.
