I really couldn’t have had a more pleasant, welcoming experience if I tried. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were amazing and so welcoming! Gave us a full breakdown of the hotel, recommended some things for us to do and even gave us a free room upgrade! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, with beautiful views of the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selection was nice, as well as the dinner I got through room service. Huge shoutout to Lokman as well for all of his help in retrieving some lost items for us from a taxi! Went above and beyond to make sure we got it, which really topped off the stay. Very short drive into the city centre as well!

Needed to take taxi into town. Slight extra expenses fee quid each way but rank right by hotel so v easy actually and the calm area was v peaceful

Clean. Nice pool. Clean bathrooms. Good housekeeping
Arrived at 2am. We already pre requested a cot, they didnt start assembling until we were in the room. Our room didnt lock so we asked to be moved, they moved us but we waited an hour for our suitcase’s although no one else was there. My nephew needed his formula etc and they knew this. We rang 4/5 times. They made excuses. The room we got moved to, the balcony door didnt close ans the A.C was broken so we slept in 26 degree room. We got moved above the pool had to go through 3 flights of stairs with the pram. Breakfast very basic. Its on a very steep hill so not walking distance to anywhere. The ‘ beach club’ was just decking over the water with loungers. Overall not impressed with our stay. Had many issues.
