Personal amabil, mâncare foarte diversificată și foarte bună, piscină curată, plaja era mereu curățată, tobogane ok, se făcea curat zilnic în cameră, autobuz spre Bodrum direct din fața hotelului.

The property has a nice location few meters away from the beach. It is just located where the buses stops to transfer passengers to the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, and the food is tasty.

Everything was perfect about this resort, It is clean and has a very good staff. The food there was delicous and the rooms were so comfortable.
In fact, everything was good. So I liked everything there.

What makes this hotel to stand out is friendly, helpful staff and nice park area. Close location to city is also a great benefit. Water slides, pools and nearby sea encouraged children a lot.
Spa and entertainment staff are the most welcoming and professional.
The room cleaning was dreadful, very dirty floor, bathroom. The sofa bed that was said to be a sleeping place was absolutely uncomfortable, didn't have a protective cover, so that sofa was all in spots.
The pillow was without a pillowcase. At the arrival there happened to be no soap filled in the bathroom, toilet paper etc, the phone wasn't working, although it was not earlier than 14:00. Management settled everything quickly, but this shouldn't happen to guests.
Minor issues: ice cream was not available during the specified by the hotel period of time, it was given out either in the very beginning of the snack time or at the very end.
