Spacious house of 180m2, ideal for families with young and old, located on a peninsula in Brittany near the Pink Granite Coast between Perros-Guirec and the island of Bréhat. Comfort and calm assured, large garden of 2000m2 with swing. The sea is 600m. Opportunity to go for long walks or go fishing on an exceptional site. At 1,7km, the village with its shops: bakery, post office, supermarket and pharmacy, and in summer, market on Sunday morning.

Nous avons loué la maison pendant un we de juin. L’emplacement de la maison est parfait, non loin de la plage. Grandes balades possibles. La maison est parfaitement équipée. La pièce de vie est très grande. La terrasse est très agréable. Les chambres sont parfaites. Seul bémol : la literie est très souple.
Je recommande cette maison. Nous la louerons sûrement une prochaine fois!

La maison correspondait tout à fait à nos besoins (situation, confort, volume des pièces ) mais 2 points étaient vraiment négatifs : le ménage et la propreté de la vaisselle (nous devions relaver tout ce que nous utilisions). Dommage !!
