About this house rental
House with lots of charm and character located 50 m from the seafront in Brittany in Perros-Guirec on the Pink Granite Coast.
Very well located between the port and the church with a 100 m² South-exposed fenced and private garden.
Although it is hundred-year-old, it has been fully modernised a few years ago and accommodate a large family with all modern conveniences with its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has been classified “Tourism 3 stars” which is a proof of the services.
Les Arcades Beach is 50 m and perfect for fishing from the shore, beautiful hikes with views of the seven islands or swimming.
The port is 200 m, the centre is 500 m and the fine sandy beaches are nearby: Trestrignel 1 km and Trestraou with its casino 3 km.
On the second floor: 30 m² “penthouse” bedroom with seaview.
On the first floor: 3 25 m² bedrooms with large beds, bathroom with bath, shower room with shower and toilet.
On the ground floor: entrance, shower room with shower and toilet, 25 m² bedroom/office with 2 single beds, living room with fireplace and piano, dining room and kitchen.

Please note that water, electricity and gas for cooking are included, excluding electric vehicle charging and heating, for which a contribution will be requested (at the price of kWh EDF or Engie).

You can either bring your own sheets or rent them from Odile, the charming lady in charge of your reception, who will prepare the beds you want.

La propriété est très confortable, son confort est complet, bien grande pour 12, les chambres sont grandes et les literies sont bonnes. Le petit jardin est bien équipé. On peut se garer dans la rue facilement. Parfait

Très contente de notre séjour à Perros dans cette maison très bien placée en bord de mer dans un quartier calme , avec les commerces à proximité.
Séjour ensoleillé ,où Nous avons bien profité du jardin sans vis à vis pour manger à l’ombre du palmier .
Les couchages sont nombreux et confortables. La cuisine très bien équipée.maison très propre . On s’y sent bien .
Contact très sympathique avec le propriétaire et la dame qui s’occupe de la maison . Merci à eux

Très bon emplacement à proximité du GR 34.
Dans le gîte, il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et de plats. Il est très bien équipé. Seul petit bémole les toilettes dans la salle de bains, comme souvent dans les anciennes maisons. Mais avec de l'organisation tout va bien!
Très bon acceuil de la part de Odile.
Nous recommandons ce gîte.
