About this house rental
'Beach break' is a contemporary interior designed house in a 'shabby chic' style with mature secluded quarter acre garden a short way down a lovely quiet lane in Widemouth Bay village and just 300m walk from a stunning sandy surf beach. Mum is one of London's leading interior stylists at Elle Decoration magazine.
Dad's a bit of a geek, runs an arts education charity and is a wannabe surfer. The boys can't decide which bit they love the most, exploring the walled garden, playing in the rock pools, looking at the lobsters at the village fish shop. If you want a quirky, stylish, yet high tech holiday home from home with a contemporary beach house vibe then read on.
From the Farrow and Ball on the walls and White Company Linen on the massive beds to the well equipped kitchen, you won't be disappointed. This website is full of bland, soulless rentals with B&Q/Ikea interiors.
The wood fired pizza oven is a unique feature and a hit with everyone. Pizza really never tasted so good. Be sure to check out the photos on the external website at the link below.
PLEASE NOTE: IN Peak Season/School Holidays our preferred changeover day/letting period due to claner availability is Friday to Friday but we may be able to offer flexibility so do ask.

We are really sorry that we cannot offer any refunds if guests are unable to travel for what ever reason, Covid 19 or otherwise.
We also reserve the right to cut stays short by a day or so to meet government guidelines wrt fallow periods between lettings and will not be able to offer any refund for this.
We strongly advise that you seek insurance to cover the possibility of such a loss or self insure.
These are extraordinary times and we all have to look after our own interests with health being everyone's top priority. Everything else is just money and we need our and every penny we can get to pay our mortgage to make sure we don't lose our house.

A very relaxing stay in a lovely family home close to the beautiful Widemouth Bay. Lots of outdoor space to explore and location was very private and quiet.

Beautiful, quirky property with a conservatory to die for! The house is only a few minutes walk to the beach, with many other walks available directly from the house. We were a group of friends who had a fun and relaxing time. Recommend!!

we were 3 generations of family wanting a relaxing week together, and Beach Break fitted the bill perfectly. The stylishly laid-back feel of the house together with the huge living family space was just right for us, and everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. We were very much aware that this is Nick and Amanda's family holiday home and as such it is really well equipped, the kitchen is best-in-class with an impressive array of kit, and the wood fired pizzas were memorable), and the house was a delight to stay in. The garden had enough space for our toddlers, and with the beach just a short stroll away, who could want more? Many thanks Nick and Amanda, for a lovely holiday.
