September Cottage is a lovely spacious five-bedroom house in the heart of Roserrow, surrounded by luscious green fields. The house is beautifully appointed, tastefully furnished and offers a lovely lawned garden and patio making it the perfect spot for family holidays.
Throughout the property, you'll find an abundance of light and airy decor, while the spacious sitting area boasts comfortable seating and a television. Flowing seamlessly from the sitting room, the conservatory offers additional seating, creating an ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring. The expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area serves as a central hub for communal meals, equipped with an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, and cafetiere. The dining space comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, and an additional sofa area enhances your morning coffee moments.
The first floor also features the fifth bedroom, complete with a double bed and a convenient en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are four further bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, while bedrooms two and three offer twin single beds, with bedroom two featuring an en-suite shower room. Bedroom four is furnished with bunk beds, making it an ideal choice for families or larger groups seeking a holiday retreat. A family bathroom on the first floor is available for the convenience of guests staying in bedrooms three and four.
The outdoor space features lush green gardens alongside a patio area with wooden outdoor furnishings and a charcoal barbecue, creating the perfect setting to relish in the famous Cornish sunsets.
Polzeath Beach is only a 20-minute walk across the golf course and you can also walk to the family-friendly beach at Daymer Bay. Long golden sands, a wide variety of cosy cafes and lively restaurants, boutique shops and convenience stores make Polzeath definitely worth a visit. September Cottage is in an ideal location for beach and surfing holidays throughout the year, the coastal path is magnificent and the local area is ripe for exploring.

worn-out mattresses let this property down otherwise excellent have stayed many times at this site one of the best yet apart from the beds much to soft need uograding

"September" is a spacious property and is an ideal family base . Maintenance, however, was poor with many broken fittings including a shower and lightbulbs. Im short "September" is tired and merits updating.
